摘要
强迫症是精神科临床的难题,常被冠以难治性的标签,但对强迫症治疗难的认知存在诸多不足。本文简要分析强迫症"难治"及导致这种临床印象的原因。
The treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)is difficult in clinical psychiatry,which is often labeled as refractory.However,the understanding of the treatment difficulty of OCD is still insufficient.This paper briefly analyzes the reasons of the"treatment resistance"and the causes of this clinical stereotype about OCD.
