儿童多动症中医学研究现状分析

Comment on Current Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine on ADHD in Children

对近40年来中医药治疗儿童多动症临床研究、实验研究进行分析评述,并提出不足和展望。临床学术观点主要分从虚论治和从实论治;临床用药以补益、安神、平肝为主,且缺少治疗实证的中成药;临床路径制订及指南修订促进了行业规范化;中医药治疗具有不可替代的优势。实验研究获得国家自然科学基金大力资助,取得一定成果。规范临床试验研究,研发确有疗效的中药新药,研究"病证结合"的动物模型,揭示中医药治疗儿童多动症的科学内涵是今后努力的方向。

In this paper,we try to make a comment on the clinical and experimental research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children in recent 40 years and propose shortcomings and prospects.Firstly,academic viewpoints of TCM on ADHD mainly come down to treatment according to deficient and excess syndrome respectively.The prescrpitions are those which can tonify,calm the mind and soothe the liver,and there is no Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of excess syndrome.The clinical pathway and practice guidelines promote the standardization of TCM treatment for ADHD.TCM has irreplaceable advantages on treating ADHD.Secondly,the experimental research has been strongly funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and has obtained great achievements.It is the future direction to standardize clinical trials,develop new effective Chinese medicine,explore animal models combined with disease and syndrome,and reveal the scientific connotation of TCM in the treatment of ADHD.
