中医辨证诊治急性胰腺炎方法研究

Study on Application of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Diagnosis for Acute Pancreatitis

急性胰腺炎(Acute pancreatitis,AP)主要是指在各种外界诱导因素下胰酶被异常激活导致的胰腺组织局部急性炎症,同时多伴有体内其他组织器官功能发生改变。在临床上AP是一种病死率极高的急性疾病,且由于现代人不良生活规律和饮食习惯,导致该病的诱因容易出现,同时由于并发症较多易导致预后不良,因此危害较为严重。中医辨证诊治方法在控制AP并发症并减轻腹痛等症状方面有明显效果,主要对中医在急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用进行分析和探讨,为中医药的应用及研究提供参考和依据。

Acute pancreatitis(AP)mainly refers to the local acute inflammation of the pancreas caused by various external factors inducing pancreatic enzymes abnormal activation.At the same time,it often has other tissues and organs function change.In clinical practice,AP is an acute disease with extremely high mortality rate.In addition,due to modern people’s bad living rules and eating habits,the inducement of the disease is easy to appear,and the prognosis is often poor due to many complications,and so the harm is relatively serious.The method of TCM diagnosis and treatment is effective on controlling AP complications and alleviating symptoms such as abdominal pain.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,and provides reference and basis for the application and research of traditional Chinese medicine.
