基于聚类分析探析于睿教授治疗胸痹用药规律

Exploring Medication Rule of YU Rui on Treating Patients with Chest Pain Based on Cluster Analysis

目的用统计学方法分析于睿教授治疗胸痹患者用药规律,为中医治疗胸痹患者提供一种参考。方法将2017年9月-2019年3月于睿教授治疗177例胸痹患者病历录入电子病历中,用统计学方法对所有中药使用频率进行统计,建立用药频率表,采用频数分析法统计处方中单味中药、药物性、味、归经及药物功效使用频次,并筛选出32味主要药味运用聚类分析法,分析其用药规律。结果177例病历中共用中药149种,其中法半夏、桂枝、陈皮、茯苓用药频次相对较高,并且通过聚类分析,把常用药物分为5类。于睿教授治疗胸痹从肝论治,以疏肝健脾,化痰祛瘀为主要诊治思路,针对不同的兼证斟酌加减。

Objective To analyze the rule and characteristics of Professor YU Rui’s treatment of chest pain with statistical methods and provide the reference for Chinese medicine treatment of chest pain.Methods From September 2017 to March 2019,the electronic medical records of 177 patients with chest pain treated by Professor YU Rui was enrolled in.The use frequency of all Chinese drugs was statistically calculated to set up the frequency form.By frequency analysis,the drugs,tastes,meridians,use frequency and effects were analyzed.We screened 32 main drugs by using cluster analysis method and analyzed its medication rules.Results Among the 177 medical records,149 kinds of traditional Chinese drug were used.Among them,the use frequency of Pinellia ternata,cassia twig,tangerine peel and peony was relatively high,and the commonly-used drugs were classified into 5 categories by cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor YU Rui’s treatment of chest pain is based on the theory of liver,with the main diagnostic and therapeutic ideas of soothing liver and invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,and considering the addition and subtraction of different concurrent syndromes.
