社区老年高血压病人健康促进行为与自我护理能力的相关性研究

Correlation between health promoting behavior and self-care ability of elderly patients with hypertension in communities

[目的]探讨社区老年高血压病人健康促进行为与自我护理能力的相关性,为社区老年高血压病人的护理提供依据。[方法]便利抽取云南省昆明、大理、丽江、昭通等地区的老年高血压病人299例,采用健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)、自我护理测定量表(ESCA)和自行设计的调查问卷进行问卷调查。[结果]社区老年高血压病人HPLP-Ⅱ量表总分为(109.79±14.85)分,ESCA量表得分为(96.09±14.55)分,均处于较低水平,HPLP-Ⅱ量表总分与ESCA量表总分呈正相关(r=0.699,P<0.05)。Logistic分析显示,婚姻状况和经济收入对社区老年高血压病人HPLP-Ⅱ量表得分有影响;婚姻状况对云南社区老年高血压病人的ESCA量表得分有影响。[结论]老年高血压病人健康促进行为与自我护理能力存在相关性,提高老年高血压病人健康促进行为有助于改善老年高血压病人的自我护理能力及健康状况。

Objective:To probe into the correlation between health promoting behavior and self-care ability of elderly patients with hypertension in communities,and to provide a basis for nursing care of elderly hypertension patients in communities.Methods:A total of 299 cases of elderly hypertension patients were conveniently selected from Kunming,Dali,Lijiang,Zhaotong and other regions in Yunnan province.The questionnaire survey was carried out by using the health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ),evaluation of self-care ability(ESCA)and self-designed questionnaire.Results:The total score of HPLP-Ⅱof elderly hypertensive patients in communities was 109.79±14.85.The score of ESCA scale was 96.09±14.55.They were both at relatively lower level.The total score of HPLP-Ⅱwas positively correlated with the score of ESCA(r=0.699,P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that marital status and income had influences on the total score of HPLP-Ⅱof elderly hypertensive patients in communities.Marital status had influences on score of ESCA of elderly hypertensive patients in communities.Conclusion:There exits a correlation between health promoting behavior and self-care ability of elderly patients with hypertension.Encouragement to health promoting behavior of elderly patients with hypertension is helpful to improve their self-care ability and health status.
