妇科癌症病人特异性支持照护需求量表编制及信效度检验

Development of the specific supportive care needs scale for patients with gynecologic cancer and its reliability and validity test

[目的]编制妇科癌症病人特异性支持照护需求量表,并检验其信效度。[方法]通过文献回顾、质性访谈、参考相关量表,构建量表条目池,经过专家内容效度评定形成初测量表,对280例妇科癌症病人施测,检验量表的信效度。[结果]量表最终包含25个条目,内部一致性Cronbach'sα系数为0.951,折半信度系数为0.810。聚合效度分析显示,妇科癌症病人特异性支持照护需求量表得分与医院焦虑抑郁量表总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05),与癌症病人治疗功能评定量表的总分及各维度得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。区分效度分析显示,不同妇科癌症类型、不同年龄段及确诊时是否绝经的病人需求得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]编制的妇科癌症病人特异性支持照护需求量表具有良好的信效度,可用于评估妇科癌症病人的特异性支持照护需求。

Objective:To develop the specific supportive care needs scale for patients with gynecological cancer(SSCNS-G),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The item pool was established by literature review,qualitative interview and relevant scales reference.After evaluation of content validity by experts,the initial version of the scale was formed.Then,the scale was applied among 280 patients with gynecological cancer,thus to test the its reliability and validity.Results:The developed SSCNS-G contained 25 items.The Cronbach'sɑcoefficient was 0.951,The split-half reliability coefficient was 0.810.Convergent validity analysis showed that the total score of SSCNS-G was positively related with the total score of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and scores of its each dimension(P<0.05).And the total score of SSCNS-G was negatively with total score of the Functional Assessment Cancer Therapy-generic Scale and scores of its each dimension(P<0.05).Discrimination validity analysis showed that there were significant differences in need level among patients with different gynecological cancer types,different age groups and whether menopause at diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compiled SSCNS-G has a good reliability and validity,which can be used to assess the specific supportive care needs of patients with gynecologial cancer.
