Research on Influencing Factors of Return Difference of Precision Gear

通过分析渐开线齿轮传动特点,确定造成精密齿轮传动回差的原因是齿轮中心距发生了变化。分析造成传动回差的主要因素和次要因素,推导出可用于计算精密齿轮传动回差的理论公式,通过传动回差实验验证了该理论公式的正确性。

By analyzing the transmission characteristics of involute gear,it was found that the reason for the transmission return difference of precision gear was that the gear center distance was changed.The main and secondary factors causing the transmission return difference were analyzed,and the theoretical formula calculating the transmission return difference of precision gear was derived.The correctness of the theoretical formula was verified by transmission return difference experiment.
