完全液压控制启闭的液压模块设计

Design of Hydraulic Module for Only Hydraulic Control Opening and Closing

介绍并设计了一种完全液压控制装置启闭的液压模块,不需要外部供电,通过调节方向阀和顺序阀的设定压力与进油压力相比较,为液控单向阀提供控制油,通过液控单向阀的启闭来实现控制要求。分析了采用该液压模块的优点,对相关机构设计具有一定的参考意义。

The hydraulically-actuated module and its process for only hydraulic control opening and closing is designed and introduced.By comparing the setting pressure of the direction valve and the sequence valve with the oil inlet pressure,the control oil was provided for the pilot-controlled check valve,and the control requirement was realized through this principle,even without external power supply.The advantage of this hydraulic module is analyzed,which will be helpful for relative mechanism design.
