摘要
针对传统玻璃加工生产中人工检测玻璃表面质量效率低的问题,提出采用自动光学检测(AOI)设备进行检测。论述了玻璃精加工AOI系统设计的整体方案、结构组成、控制系统的功能及控制流程,重点分析了基于机器视觉的AOI系统的设计方法和步骤。采用自主研发彩色图像算法系统实现玻璃表面缺陷的检测,准确率高,优于人工检测法,使产品的品质更加稳定可靠,杜绝不良品流入次工序或客户端。该系统能够连续工作,极大地提高了工作效率,减少了企业的用工成本。
Aimed at the low efficiency of manual inspection of glass surface quality in traditional glass processing,automatic optical inspection(AOI)equipment was proposed to detect glass surface quality.The overall design scheme,structure composition,control system function and control flow of AOI system for glass finishing were discussed,and the design method and steps of AOI system based on machine vision were analyzed.The detection of defects on glass surface is realized by independent research and development of color image algorithm system,which has high accuracy and is better than the manual detection method.It makes the product quality more stable and reliable,and prevents defective products from flowing into the second process or the client.The system can work continuously,greatly improve work efficiency,and reduce the labor costs of enterprises.
