摘要
采用水性环氧树脂制备环氧树脂砂浆,研究了聚灰比对砂浆新拌性能的影响,不同养护方式对不同聚灰比改性砂浆力学性能的影响.结果表明,水性乳液具有减水作用,但减水率并非随聚灰比增大而单调递增;乳液具有引气性,水灰比一定,改性砂浆密度随聚灰比增大而减小;乳液具有缓凝作用,随聚灰比增大,乳液成膜速度成为影响砂浆凝结时间的主导因素;在水泥砂浆中掺入乳液能够显著增大砂浆的抗压和抗折强度,并对砂浆起到增韧作用,降低砂浆脆性.
Epoxy resin mortar was prepared by waterborne epoxy resin,the influence of polymer cement ratio on fresh mortar performance was studied.Effect of different curing methods on mechanical properties of modified mortar with different polymer cement ratio was studied.The results show that the emulsion has water-reducing effect,while the water-reducing rate does not increase monotonically with the increase of the polymer cement ratio.The emulsion has air entraining property.When the water cement ratio remains unchanged,the density of modified mortar decreases with the increase of the polymer cement ratio.The emulsion has a retarding effect.The film-forming speed of emulsion becomes the dominant factor affecting the setting time of the mortar with the increase of the polymer cement ratio.Adding emulsion to cement mortar can significantly increase the compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar,and play a toughening effect on mortar to reduce the brittleness of mortar.
