摘要
为明确二斑素瓢虫的主要生物学特性及对橡胶树白粉病菌的取食作用,2015-2018年开展了二斑素瓢虫室内饲养及野外调查研究。结果表明,二斑素瓢虫在云南省大部分植胶区均有分布,周年发生。室内培养气温(26±1)℃、相对湿度(75±5)%,光周期L∶D=12∶12条件下,完成一个世代需19~24 d;成、幼虫均可取食橡胶树白粉病菌。每头4龄幼虫每日可取食8.05~8.34 cm^2的白粉菌层。本研究结果为进一步保护、利用二斑素瓢虫控制橡胶白粉病提供重要参考。
In order to understand the biological characteristics of I lleis bistigmosa and its feeding behavior on Oidium heveae,laboratory rearing and field investigation were carried out from 2015 to 2018.The results showed that I.bistigmosa was distributed in most of the rubber tree plantations in Yunnan Province and occurred annually.Under the conditions of air temperature(26±1)°C,relative humidity(75±5)%and photoperiod L∶D=12∶12,it took 19~24 days for I.bistigmosa to complete one generation.Both the adult and larva of I.bistigmosa can feed on O.heveae,and each 4 thinstar larva can feed on 8.05~8.34 cm^2 of O.heveae layer per day.The above results provided an important reference for further protection and utilization of I.bistigmosa on the control of rubber powdery mildew.
