摘要
采用新型阳离子活性染料D-1和D-2对毛腈混纺织物进行一浴法染色,探究pH值、染色温度、染色时间和染料浓度对染色织物上染率、固色率及K/S值的影响,分析染料的活性基及阳离子基团与染色性能的关系,测试染色织物的均匀性与色牢度。优化的染色工艺条件为:pH=7,染色温度95~100℃,保温时间60 min,可实现上染率90%,固色率80%以上。在染料浓度较低时,羊毛和腈纶的同色性较好。混纺染色织物具有良好的耐摩擦色牢度、耐水洗色牢度和耐日晒色牢度。
One-bath dyeing of wool/acrylic blended fabrics is carried out with new cationic reactive dyes D-1 and D-2.The effects of pH value,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and dye concentration on dye uptake,fixation rate and K/S value of the dyed fabric are in vestigated.The relati on ship between the reactive group and cationic group of the dyes and dyeing performance is analyzed.The uniformity and color fastness of the dyed fabric are tested.The optimum dyeing conditions are:pH=7,dyeing at 95-100℃for 60 min.The dye uptake rate is 90%,and the fixation rate is more than 80%.When the dye concentration is low,the union dyeing of wool and acrylic fiber is good.The color fastnesses to rubbing,washing and sun light of the blen ded fabric are good.
