基于河道流量生态服务效应的水库生态价值优化调度 被引量:13

Optimal operation of reservoir ecological value based on the ecological service effect of instream flow

摘要 为了评价河流生态服务价值和探索水库生态调度新方法,基于河道流量生态服务效应和河流生态系统服务效用特征,探讨了河流生态服务功能的类型划分和价值评价,提出了水库生态价值调度的新概念;以河道流量为决策变量,探讨了水库生态价值优化调度模型的建立及仿生算法的求解;鉴于蜂群算法防止过早收敛、更快接近最优解和鲁棒性强等优点,以新丰江水库为案例,开展了新丰江水库生态价值优化调度模型建立及蜂群算法求解研究。结果表明水库生态价值优化调度及其仿生算法行之有效,可为河流管理部门合理开发、高效利用和科学管理河流水能资源等提供决策支持和技术支撑,也对开发和利用新丰江水能资源、修复和改善新丰江生态环境、恢复和增加新丰江生态服务价值等具有实际价值。 To evaluate the value of river ecosystem services and explore new methods of reservoir ecological operation,this paper probes into the classification of river ecological services functions and value evaluation and proposes a new concept of reservoir ecological value operation based on the ecological service effects and the utility characteristics of river ecosystem service.Taking the instream flow as the decision variable,this paper discusses the establishment of an optimal operation model of reservoir ecological value and the solution of bionic algorithm.In view of the advantages of bees colony optimization algorithm in preventing premature convergence,getting close to the optimal solution faster and having strong robustness,this paper takes Xinfeng River reservoir as an example to establish an optimal operation model for the ecological value of the reservoir and study the solution of model using bees colony optimization algorithm.The results show that the optimal operation of reservoir ecological value and bionic algorithm for solution is effective,it provides decision support and technical support to river management department for reasonably developing,efficiently utilizing and scientifically managing river hydropower resources;also,it has practical values to develop and utilize the hydropower resources in Xinfeng River,improve the ecological environment of Xinfeng River,restore and enhance the ecological service value of Xinfeng River.
