计及一二次调频协调优化的动态潮流模型 被引量:3

A dynamic power flow model considering the optimal coordination of primary and secondary frequency regulation of system

摘要 针对现有动态潮流模型中未考虑一次调频系数不确定性以及一二次调频冲突反调的问题,通过对机组和负荷一次调频系数的不确定性以及自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)和自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)的调控作用进行分析,基于负荷频率超前控制策略的AGC机组有功协调方程,提出了一种计及一次调频系数不确定性和AGC系统总调节量估算、分摊以及控制模式转换过程的随机动态潮流模型。在算例分析部分,采用蒙特卡洛法,以IEEE 39节点系统为例,通过对切机、负荷扰动等现象进行模拟,验证了所建模型能够精确地模拟实际系统的有功无功控制行为以及不平衡功率的分摊方式。 In view of the existing dynamic power flow model not considering the uncertainty of the coefficient of the primary frequency modulation and the reverse adjustment of the conflict between the primary and the secondary frequency modulation,a stochastic dynamic power flow model is proposed in this paper.This model proposes a method considering the uncertainty of the primary frequency modulation coefficient of unit,the estimate and allocation of the total adjustment of automatic generation control(AGC)system,and the control mode conversion based on analysis of the uncertainty of primary frequency modulation coefficient of unit and load,the regulation effects of AGC and automatic voltage control(AVC)and the active coordination equation of AGC unit of the load frequency advanced control strategy.Using the Monte Carlo method,this paper takes the IEEE 39 node system as the simulation object,sets up and simulates the active and reactive power control behavior of the real system and the allocation of unbalanced power by simulating the processes such as cutting machine and load disturbance,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model.
