中国构建全球伙伴关系网络的动力与趋势探析

构建全球伙伴关系网络是中国特色大国外交的重要组成部分。中国提出的全球伙伴关系网络带有伙伴关系外交的典型特征,不针对任何第三国,建立在共同利益之上,具有高度的灵活性。近年来,中国大力推进全球伙伴关系网络的构建与中国国家身份的变化、深厚的历史文化渊源以及新中国成立之后的外交实践经验密不可分。党的十八大以来,中国的伙伴关系网络呈现出“质”“量”齐升,分布更加均衡化,形式更加多样化的发展趋势。中国构建的全球伙伴关系网络推动了外部环境的历史性改善,为坚持和平发展、促进民族复兴奠定了基础,也成为构建新型国际关系和构建人类命运共同体的重要路径。

Building a global network of partnerships is an integral part of China’s diplomacy.China’s plan to build the global network of partnership is based on common interest and has a high degree of flexibility.In recent years,China’s efforts to build such a network reflect China’s changing national identity,its attention to drawing nutrients from traditional culture and its experience of diplomatic practice since the founding of PRC.Since the CPC’s 18th National Congress,China’s global partnership network has been enhanced through quantitative and qualitative expansion of partners,with more balanced distribution more various forms.Through building the global network of partnerships,China has been dramatically improved its external environment,paving the way for peaceful development and national rejuvenation.The network is also an important path leading to a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for humanity.
