摘要
精准扶贫是我国扶贫开发的重要制度创新,扶贫开发贵在精准,重在精准,成败之举在于精准。文本分析了精准扶贫的社会背景,介绍了精准扶贫研究的理论基础,系统梳理了精准扶贫研究的主要内容,概括了精准扶贫研究的主要特征,并在此基础上对未来精准扶贫研究的主要议题进行了探讨。
Targeted poverty alleviation is an important institutional innovation in China.Precision is the essence of poverty alleviation and is vital to its success.The paper analyzes the social background of targeted poverty alleviation,introduces its theoretical basis of targeted poverty alleviation research.By systematizing current researches on targeted poverty alleviation and summarizing the main features of these researches,it discusses the main topics of targeted poverty alleviation research in the future.
