在药物分析中采取固相表面荧光光谱法的研究

Study on solid Phase Surface fluorescence Spectrometry in Drug Analysis

目的研究固相表面荧光光谱法应用于药物分析的效果。方法采用在线固相表面荧光分析法、直接固相表面荧光法、联用固相萃取分离富集与固相表面荧光法进行分析。结果固相表面荧光分析法操作简单且消耗较少,能快速得出结果,并具有较高灵敏度。结论采用固相表面荧光法进行药物分析,能直接测定固体样品,具有广阔的应用前景,建议推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of solid phase surface fluorescence spectrometry in drug analysis.Method The on-line solid-phase surface fluorimetry,direct solid-phase surface fluorimetry,solid-phase extraction separation and enrichment,and solid-phase surface fluorimetry were used for analysis.Result Solid phase surface fluorimetry is a simple and less expensive method,which can get results quickly and has high sensitivity.Conclusion The solid-phase surface fluorescence method can be used for the direct determination of solid samples.It has a broad application prospect and is recommended to be popularized.
