A Study of the Generation, Effectiveness Measurement and Guarantee Conditions of Grassroots Democratic Participation of Employees

职工基层民主参与是新时代社会主义民主政治建设的重要内容。加强职工基层民主参与研究,除了加强制度建设方面的研究与设计外,也要加强对其产生与发展机制的剖析与探究,把握其运行规律,以增强推进职工基层民主参与建设发展的坚定性与自觉性。职工基层民主参与需要一定的条件,在实践中需要不断创造有利条件,避免不利因素的影响。既有深度又有广度的基层民主参与,是最终的追求目标。

The grassroots democratic participation of employees(GDPE) is an important part of the socialist democratic political construction in the new era. To strengthen research on the GDPE, in addition to strengthening the research and design of its system construction, we should also strengthen the analysis and exploration of its generation and development mechanism, grasp its operational laws, and strengthen the firmness and steadfastness of the GDPE. In fact, the operation of GDPE requires certain conditions, whilst in practice it is necessary to continuously create favorable conditions to avoid the impact of adverse factors. The study also finds that the ultimate goal of the GDPE is to establish an in-depth and inbreath grassroots democratic participation system of employees.
