富水弱成岩地层铁路隧道基底软化处治技术 被引量:2

摘要 某铁路隧道穿越主要地层为侏罗系砂岩、泥岩,其中砂岩为主要含水层,泥质胶结,成岩作用差,胶结强度低,遇水浸泡极易软化崩解,导致在隧道施工过程中存在拱脚掏空、基底软化等问题,造成施工困难,施工进度缓慢。针对本地层特点主要采取了洞内降水、基底换填、基底排水等一系列措施,保证了隧道安全有序的贯通。 The main strata which the railway tunnel passes through are Jurassic sandstone and mudstone.Sandstone.is the main aquifer with poor diagenesis and low cementation strength,It is easy to soften and disintegrate when soaked in water.As a result,problems such as hollowing of arch foot and inverted arch softening exist in the process of tunnel construction,which resulted in construction difficulties and slow construction progress.According to the characteristics of the local layer,a series of measures such as precipitation in cave,inverted arch replacement and inverted arch drainage are taken to ensure the safe and orderly connection of the tunnel.
