摘要
以河北省建筑科技研发基地-会展中心项目为例,开展装配式清水混凝土框架柱施工质量控制研究。通过构件生产时清水预制柱套筒注浆孔和出浆孔延长管布置优化、钢质底座固定套筒;施工过程中双层钢板定位箱定位钢筋、构件安装前检验、灌浆料拌和控制及套筒灌浆饱满度监测;施工完成后内窥镜法检测灌浆密实度等一系列有效控制措施,确保框架柱保持足够强度的同时减少灌浆料用量,提高安装速度,为装配式清水混凝土框架结构技术推广提供依据。
Taking the project of Hebei province building science and technology research base-exhibition center as an example,the construction quality control of precast concrete frame column was studied.By optimizing the layout of grouting hole and extension pipe of grouting hole,the steel base can fix the sleeve.In the construction process,double-layer steel plate positioning box positioning steel bar,component preinstallation inspection,grouting material mixing control and sleeve grouting fullness monitoring.After the completion of construction,a series of effective control measures,such as the endoscope method,are adopted to detect the grouting density,so as to ensure that the frame column maintains sufficient strength while reducing the amount of grouting material and increasing the installation speed,so as to provide a basis for the technical popularization of precast precast concrete frame structure.
