摘要 针对被广泛应用的ADN8830的温度控制技术方案的缺陷开展了研究.首先通过实验发现激光器的输出光功率与激光器的工作温度之间存在一定的正弦波动关系,并对这一现象产生的机理进行了分析.然后利用分析结果对电路进行了改进和实验验证,实验结果表明:改进电路设计后明显改善了输出光功率与激光器的工作温度之间的正弦波动关系,使温控精度从0.5℃提高到±0.02℃,激光器输出光功率稳定在±0.02 mW内. The defect in the application of ADN8830 temperature control system in the field of temperature control was studied. The present experiment indicated that there was a certain sine fluctuation relationship between the output optical power of the laser and the operating temperature of the laser, and the possible relationship was analyzed. The circuit was improved by using the analysis results, and the performance was verified by experiment. The experimental results show that the ameliorated circuit design significantly improves the sine fluctuation correlation between the output optical power and the working temperature of the laser, and the temperature control accuracy is improved from 0.5 ℃ to ±0.02 ℃, and the laser output optical power is stable within ±0.02 mW.
