Summary of PI Chiheng's Experience in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

慢性肾脏病是指临床上出现肾脏损害指征或肾小球滤过率降低,时间超过3个月的临床证候群,皮持衡教授擅长治疗本病。认为慢性肾脏病为本虚标实之证。在治疗慢性肾脏病主要从"虚、湿、瘀、毒"着手。认为虚是慢性肾脏病的始动因素,瘀、湿是慢性肾脏病形成物质基础,毒在其加重和复发不可忽视。在慢性肾脏病的发展发展过程中,"虚、湿、瘀、毒"并非单独致病,常常相互影响,互为因果。治疗需标本兼顾,病证结合,中西合参,达到阴阳平衡,从而改善慢性肾脏病临床症状。故文章从"虚、湿、瘀、毒"等方面进行阐述皮持衡教授治疗慢性肾脏病思路,并结合病案进一步佐证治疗效果。

Chronic kidney disease is a clinical syndrome characterized by clinical signs of renal damage or reduced glomerular filtration rate over three months.Professor PI Chiheng is good at treating the disease.It is believed that chronic kidney disease is the evidence of the deficiency.The treatment of chronic kidney disease mainly starts from“deficiency”,“dampness”,“blood stasis”and“toxin”.It is believed that deficiency is the initial factor of chronic kidney disease,and stasis and dampness are the material basis of the formation of chronic kidney disease.In the developing period of chronic kidney disease,“deficiency”,“dampness”,“blood stasis”and“toxin”can not cause the disease alone.In order to improve the clinical symptoms of chronic kidney disease,specimens should be taken into consideration,disease and syndrome should be combined,and Chinese and Western medicine should be combined to achieve the balance between Yin and Yang.Therefore,this paper expounds professor PI's idea of treating chronic kidney disease from“deficiency”,“dampness”,“blood stasis”and“toxin”,and further proves the therapeutic effect by combining with medical records.
