眼针治疗眩晕近十年的研究进展

Research Progress of Eye Acupuncture in Treatment of Vertigo in Recent Ten Years

眩晕是中医常见的临床病证,根据风、痰、瘀、火、虚的致病特点可以进行辨证论治加以治疗;西医中的眩晕是指一种临床症状,根据判断不同发病机制从而进行相应的治疗方法。该病发作往往影响患者的正常工作和生活,因此有效缓解及治愈眩晕的方法也成为亟待解决的问题。近年来,用眼针治疗眩晕也成为一种特色治疗方法。临床治疗取得了显着疗效,文章从眼针以及眼针与相关治疗相结合治疗方法的角度来综述近十年眼针治疗眩晕的临床研究进展,为临床治疗眩晕提供参考。

Vertigo is a common clinical disease in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the characteristics of wind,phlegm,blood stasis,fire and deficiency,we can make the syndrome differentiation and treatment.Vertigo is a clinical symptomin Western Medicine.According to the judgment of different pathogenesis,the corresponding treatment could be carried out.The onset of this disease often affects the normal work and life of patients.Therefore,effective ways to alleviate and treat vertigo have become an urgent problem to be solved.In recent years,eye acupuncture treatment of vertigo has also become a characteristic treatment of acupuncture.It has achieved remarkable curative effect in clinical treatment.This article reviewed the clinical research progress of ophthalmic acupuncture in the treatment of vertigo in recent ten years from the eye acupuncture and combination of eye acupuncture and related treatmentand provide the reference for clinical treatment of vertigo.
