甘肃肃北县马鬃山地区大沙鼠鼠疫自然疫源性初步调查 被引量:1

Preliminary investigation on natural source of plague of gerbils in Mazongshan areas of Subei county of Gansu Province

摘要 目的了解甘肃肃北马鬃山地区大沙鼠鼠疫疫源性。方法采用逐日捕鼠的方法,对捕获动物进行分类鉴定,采集动物脏器组织样本及血样本分别进行病原学和血清学检测。结果共布放鼠笼(夹)6 500个,共捕获鼠类65只,捕获率为1%。65只中,大沙鼠32只,捕获率为0.49%,其它主要是三趾跳鼠、五趾跳鼠、大耳跳鼠。鼠疫病原学、血清学调查结果均为阴性。结论马鬃山地区有大沙鼠分布,由于调查工作难度大,时间短,目前调查数据不能完全支持马鬃山地区具有构成大沙鼠自然疫源性的条件,需要长期连续监测和专项调查。虽然鼠疫病原学和血清学调查结果为阴性,然大沙鼠迁移性强,再近年随着经济发展,迁入和进入该地区从事生产生活人员不断增多,马鬃山地区又是本省唯一与蒙古国接壤的边境口岸,因此,一旦有传染源的存在或传入,可造成鼠疫的传播和流行,为此有必要加强监测。 Objective To investigate natural plague source of of gerbils in Mazongshan district of Subei county Gansu Province.Methods The method of catching mice day by day was used to classify and identify the captured animals.Its tissue samples and blood samples were collected for pathogen and serological detection.Results A total of 6,500 rat cages were placed, and a total of 65 mice were captured, with a catch rate of 1%.Among the 65 animals,32 gerbils were taken, with the capture rate of 0.49%, and the others were mainly three-toed jerboa, five-toed jerboa and big-eared jerboa.The results of pathogenic and serological investigation of plague were all negative.Conclusion Mazongshan areas have great gerbils distribution, Due to the difficulty and short time of the investigation, the current investigation data cannot fully support the condition of the natural pathogen of gerbils in the Mazongshan area, which requires long-term continuous monitoring and special investigation.Although the plague etiology and serological survey results were negative, great gerbils has strong mobility.With the increasing number of people moving in and entering the area for production and life, in addition, Mazongshan area is the only border crossing with outer Mongolia in gansu province, a source of infection exists or is introduced, it can cause the spread and epidemic of plague.Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the plague surveillance.
