高校家庭经济困难学生发展型资助体系探索——以湖北文理学院为例

Development-oriented Financial Aid System for College Students from Financially Disadvantaged Family:Taking Hubei University of Arts and Science as an Example

学生资助工作是高校人才培养工作的重要组成部分,是促进教育公平、培养社会主义合格人才的重要举措。湖北文理学院经多年探索与实践,逐渐构建起以经济支持为基础、以人文精神关怀为重点、以能力提升为目标的多维支撑的发展型资助体系,从而有效实现了“扶困”与“扶智”“扶志”相结合,促进家庭经济困难学生全面发展,其经验为地方高校资助政策的完善和资助模式的转变提供了参考。

Student financial aid is an important part of talent training in colleges and universities,it is an important measure to promote equity in education and training socialist qualified personnel.After years of exploration and practice,Hubei University of Arts and Science has gradually built a multi-dimensional support system based on economic support,focusing on humanistic care and aiming at capacity improvement.In this way,it has effectively realized the combination of“helping the poor”“helping the wise”and“helping the volunteers”,and promoted the all-round development of students from financially disadvantaged family.Its experience provides a reference for the improvement of local university subsidy policy and the transformation of subsidy mode.
