新疆某三级甲等医院护理工作人员疲劳状态与工作压力的关系 被引量:8

Relationship between fatigue status and work stress of nursing staff in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Xinjiang

摘要 目的探讨新疆某三级甲等医院护理工作人员疲劳状态与工作压力的关系。方法 2017年1月-2018年9月采用问卷调查的方式对新疆某三级甲等医院工作的护理工作人员进行调查,共发放问卷400份,当场完成调查并回收,运用统计学方法整理和分析数据。结果共396名护理工作人员完成调查,其主要有6项压力源,工作量及工作时间分配是主要的压力源,得分为3.79±0.94,患者护理得分为3.36±0.69,工作环境及资源得分为3.04±0.36,婚姻及家庭得分为2.92±0.62,专业和工作得分为2.72±0.48,人际关系得分为2.53±0.64。疲劳主要分为脑力疲劳和躯体疲劳,得分为3.86±0.58和5.79±0.95。30~39岁的护理工作人员躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳均大于其他年龄段(均P<0.01);已婚护理工作者的躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳明显大于未婚和离异人群(均P<0.01);硕士学历的护理工作者脑力疲劳程度最大,而大专学历护理工作者躯体疲劳程度最大(P<0.01);主任护师脑力疲劳度最大,主管护师躯体疲劳度最大(P<0.01)。各项压力源均与躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论临床护理工作人员承担着来自各方面的压力,医院管理者应该综合多方面的因素,制定更加完善的制度,减轻临床护理工作者的压力和疲劳。 Objective To explore the relationship between fatigue status and work stress of nursing staff in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Xinjiang. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among nurses working in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Xinjiang from January 2017 to September 2018. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out and collected by clinical nurses on the spot. Statistical methods were used to collate and analyze the data. Results Totally 396 nurses completed the survey. There were six main stressors in the study. Workload and time allocation were the main stressors, with a score of 3.79±0.94, while the score of nursing was 3.36±0.69, the score of working environment and resources was 3.04±0.36, the score of marriage and family was 2.92 ±0.62, the score of profession and work was 2.72 ±0.48, and the score of interpersonal relationship was 2.53 ±0.64.Fatigue was mainly divided into mental fatigue and physical fatigue, which the score was 3.86±0.58 and 5.79±0.95, respectively.The levels of physical fatigue and mental fatigue in nurses aged 30-39 years old were higher than those in other age groups(all P<0.01). The levels of physical fatigue and mental fatigue in married nurses were significantly higher than those in unmarried and divorced nurses(all P<0.01). The mental fatigue of nursing workers with master degree was the greatest, while physical fatigue of nursing workers with junior college degree was the greatest(P<0.01). The director nurses had the greatest mental fatigue and the supervisor nurses had the greatest physical fatigue(P<0.01). All stressors were positively correlated with physical fatigue and mental fatigue(all P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical nurses bear the pressure from various aspects. Hospital managers should integrate various factors and formulate more perfect system to alleviate the pressure and fatigue of clinical nurses.
