辨证论治是中医学的两大基本特点之一,辨证应当遵循一定的原则,方能进行合理的施治。文章在阐明辨证内涵及其与状态辨识关系的同时,进一步指出中医证具有动态性、稳定性、缓急性、模糊性、兼杂性、隐匿性、整体性与人体性8大特点,因而辨证应遵循整体合参、动静统一、因人制宜、辨证求本、病证结合的原则,如此方能全面、准确、客观地进行诊断,从而为立法处方提供可靠的依据。

It is known to us all that reatment based on syndrome differentiation is one of the major features in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This paper is clarified that we should follow certain principles of syndrome differentiation in order to point out reasonable treatment,This paper is clarified the connotation of syndrome differentiation and its relationship with state identification,and that the characteristics of TCM syndrome are dynamic,stability,urgency,fuzziness,complication,concealment,holism and human nature.Therefore,syndrome differentiation should follow the principle of holism,dynamic,individuation,looking for the basic causes,combination of disease and syndrome to make a comprehensive,accurate and objective diagnosis and provide a reliable basis for the establishment of prescription.
