弱胶结富水顶板采动巷道全锚索支护技术 被引量:13

摘要 为解决弱胶结富水顶板采动巷道支护难题,以色连二矿12307工作面回风巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟、钻孔窥视及现场实测等方法,研究了采动巷道围岩应力分布及顶板岩层破坏特征,分析了巷道围岩变形破坏原因,提出了"钢筋网护顶+横向布置的M钢带组合长短锚索+纵向布置的槽钢梁组合加固锚索"相结合的顶板全锚索支护技术。工程实践表明,采用上述支护方法,不仅可以防止顶板出现撕网及网兜现象,而且还有效控制了顶板下沉及离层,取得了良好的支护效果。 In order to solve the roadway support difficult problem in dynamic pressure roadway with weakly cemented water-rich roof, the return airway of No.12307 workface in Color mine was taken as engineering background,by means of numerical simulation and drilling imaging and field measurement,the stress distribution of surrounding rock and the failure characteristics of roof strata in dynamic pressure roadway were studied,the causes of deformation and failure of surrounding rock of roadway were analyzed.A full anchor cable supporting technology combining "steel mesh roof protection+ transverse arrangement of M-steel strip combined long and short anchor cable +vertical-arranged beam channel combined reinforcement anchor cable" was proposed. The engineering practice shows that not only the tuck net behaviour on the roof was prevented, but also the roof subsidence and separation were effectively controlled by using the above technology,and a good supporting effect has been achieved.
