急倾斜工作面底板填充支护跨极薄层间老巷的技术研究

摘要 为解决急倾斜工作面底板有一条层间极薄的老巷,层间厚度只有0.2~0.5 m,回采该段工作面存在支护强度不够,底板漏底和工作面大面积滑底的问题,提出了充填老巷增强工作面底板受采动应力影响的强度,锚杆支护老巷,使锚杆嵌入工作面底板岩石形成锚桩支护,把工作面底板形成一个整体,增强工作面底板水平应力的施工工艺,成功解决了急倾斜工作面跨极薄层间老巷底板漏底和大面积滑底,及由此产生的采空区矸石窜入工作面等问题,为同类型地质条件开采提供了借鉴。 In order to solve the problem that the floor of steeply inclined working face has an old lane with very thin interlayer, and the thickness of interlayer is only 0.2 m to 0.5 m,the support strength of the working face in this section is not enough to leak the floor and slide the floor in a large area.It is proposed to fill the old roadway to enhance the strength of the floor affected by mining stress. The construction technology of bolt supporting old roadway, which makes bolt embedded in rock of working face floor to form bolt pile supporting,forms a whole of working face floor and enhances horizontal stress of working face floor. Successfully solved the problems of leaking floor and large area sliding floor of old roadway across extremely thin layers in steeply inclined working face,resulting in gangue from goaf entering working face, etc.. It provides a reference for the exploitation of similar geological conditions.
