彬县下沟矿煤矸石特性及烧结制砖工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 以彬县下沟矿煤矸石为研究对象,在分析其基本性质的基础上,系统研究了其作为主要原料制备煤矸石砖的可行性。分别探讨了在升温速率、烧结温度及烧结时间不变的条件下,煤矸石粒度组成、煤矸石与黏土配比及成型压力等参数对煤矸石砖烧结性能的影响。结果表明,当煤矸石与黏土配比和成型压力不变时,随着煤矸石粒度增大,矸石砖密度减小,吸水率和抗压强度增大;当煤矸石粒度和成型压力不变时,随着煤矸石中黏土比例减小,样品密度增大,吸水率和抗压强度减小;煤矸石粒度及与黏土配比不变时,随着成型压力增大,吸水率减小,密度和抗压强度增大。 Taking the coal gangue in Xiagou mine of Binxian as the research object, based on the analysis of its basic properties, the feasibility of preparing coal gangue brick as the main raw material was systematically studied. The effects of coal gangue particle size composition, coal gangue and clay ratio and molding pressure on the sintering properties of coal gangue bricks were discussed under the conditions of constant heating rate, sintering temperature and sintering time. The results show that when the coal gangue and clay ratio and molding pressure are constant, as the particle size of coal gangue increases, the density of vermiculite brick decreases, water absorption and compressive strength increase;when coal gangue particle size and molding pressure are constant as the proportion of clay in coal gangue decreases, the sample density increases, and the water absorption rate and compressive strength decrease. When the coal gangue particle size and clay ratio are constant, the water absorption rate decreases as the molding pressure increases. And the compressive strength increases.
