神木煤与开阳煤配煤对成浆性影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对神木煤的难成浆性,对神木煤与开阳煤配煤的成浆性进行了研究。按照烟煤成浆性难度指标D和可制浆浓度C对配煤P10、P20的成浆性进行了评价。分别以神木煤、开阳煤、配煤P10、P20为原料配制水煤浆,对成浆性和流变特性进行了分析。研究结果表明,神木煤中配入开阳煤制取水煤浆,可以降低煤浆的黏度,提高制浆浓度;神木煤中配入开阳煤制取的水煤浆,仍呈假塑性流体特性,并且煤浆的流动性较好。可以考虑在神木煤中配入10%的开阳煤,将气化煤浆的浓度提高1%。 The slurryability of coal blending with Shenmu coal and Kaiyang coal was researched because of Shenhua coal′ s difficult slurring property. The slurryability of coal blending P10 and P20 were evaluated according to the slurryability index D and slurry concentration C of bituminous coal.The slurryability and rheological behaviour of Shenmu,Kaiyang,P10 and P20 coal water slurry were analyzed. The results show that the viscosity of coal water slurry was reduced when blending Shenmu coal with Kaiyang coal. The concentration of coal water slurry can be improved. The rheological behaviour of coal blending with Shenmu and Kaiyang coal water slurry exhibits pseudoplasticity. The slurry prepared from coal blending with Shenmu coal and Kaiyang coal has higher slurryability and has good mobility. The concentration of Shenmu coal water slurry for gasification could be increased by 1%,if coal was blended with Shenmu coal accounted for 90% and Kaiyang coal accounted for 10%.
