摘要
随着煤矿安全生产形式的发展,市场对风速传感器需求逐渐增加。传统采用涡街原理和差压式的风速传感器,存在传感器稳定性差、安装不便,新型管道流量测量的V锥管道流量传感器,存在测量精度受介质密度和绝对压力影响的缺点。开发一种结合超声波涡街或压力式原理的风速传感器,具有稳定性好、安装方便、易维护的特点。
With the development of coal mine safety production form, the market demand for wind speed sensor is increasing gradually. Traditionally, the principle of vortex street and differential pressure type wind speed and direction sensors are used, which have the disadvantages of poor stability and inconvenience in installation. The new V-cone pipe flow sensor for pipe flow measurement has the disadvantage of measuring accuracy affected by medium density and absolute pressure. This project develops a wind speed sensor which combines the principle of ultrasonic vortex street or pressure type.It has good stability, convenient installation and easy operation.
