基于SEM的煤矿工人不安全行为影响因素分析研究

Analysis and Research on Influencing Factors of Unsafe Behavior of Coal Miners Based on SEM

为预防煤矿生产安全事故的发生,正确识别影响煤矿工人不安全行为的各因素及其对不安全行为的重要程度,采用文献研究、问卷调查、数据分析的方法,分析研究煤矿工人不安全行为影响因素与其不安全行为的定量关系,并提出相应的理论假设。利用SPSS软件分析调查结果,同时用AMOS软件绘制煤矿工人不安全行为影响因素的结构方程模型(SEM)。结果表明:个人因素、物的因素、环境因素、方法因素和管理因素均对煤矿工人不安全行为的影响显著,其中应急能力、安全设备、作业环境、操作方法、安全投入对煤矿工人不安全行为影响最为显著。

In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in coal mine production, correctly identify the factors affecting the unsafe behavior of coal miners and their importance to unsafe behavior,the quantitative relationship between the factors affecting the unsafe behavior of coal miners and their unsafe behavior was analyzed by means of literature research, questionnaire survey and data analysis,and the corresponding theoretical assumptions were put forward. SPSS software was used to analyze the survey results, and AMOS software was used to draw the structural equation model(SEM) of influencing factors of unsafe behavior of coal miners. The results show that personal factors, material factors,environmental factors, method factors and management factors all have significant effects on the unsafe behavior of coal miners, among which emergency response ability, safety equipment, working environment, operation methods and safety input have the most significant impact on the unsafe behavior of coal miners.
