面对煤炭经济严峻形势,为了进一步降低用电成本,斜沟煤矿选煤厂安装高压柜电能测量远程管理系统,严格统计各车间全部所属设备所发生的电量,实施精细考核,提升自身电耗管理水平;全面推行"避峰填谷"的生产组织模式,首先调整生产与检修时间,生产时间尽量避开用电高峰期。其次,按时间最短、能耗最低的原则优化启车方式,突破逆煤流逐台启车常规思维,优先开启块煤及末煤主再洗系统循环介质,缩短从启车到带煤的时间,减少先启的产品系统大功率设备空载运行时间,达到了节电目的,增加了企业经济效益。
