摘要 面对煤炭经济严峻形势,为了进一步降低用电成本,斜沟煤矿选煤厂安装高压柜电能测量远程管理系统,严格统计各车间全部所属设备所发生的电量,实施精细考核,提升自身电耗管理水平;全面推行"避峰填谷"的生产组织模式,首先调整生产与检修时间,生产时间尽量避开用电高峰期。其次,按时间最短、能耗最低的原则优化启车方式,突破逆煤流逐台启车常规思维,优先开启块煤及末煤主再洗系统循环介质,缩短从启车到带煤的时间,减少先启的产品系统大功率设备空载运行时间,达到了节电目的,增加了企业经济效益。 In the face of the grim situation of coal economy, in order to further reduce the cost of electricity, the coal preparation plant of Xiegou coal mine installed a remote management system for measuring the energy of high-voltage cabinets, strictly counted the electricity generated by all the equipments in each workshop, and implemented detailed assessment to improve its own electricity.Consumption management level;comprehensively implement the production organization mode of "avoiding peaks and filling valleys", first adjust the production and maintenance time, and try to avoid the peak period of production. Secondly, optmize the mode of starting the car according to the principle of the shortest time and the lowest energy consumption, break through the conventional thinking of starting the coal flow by the reverse coal, and give priority to the circulating medium of the lump coal and the end coal main rewashing system, shorten the time from starting to coaling. Reduce the no-load running time of the high-power equipment of the inspirational product system, achieve the purpose of saving electricity, and increase the economic benefits of the enterprise.
