煤矿企业节能减排动力机制及体系构建研究 被引量:6

摘要 以伊犁新矿为背景,采用理论分析、现场实践等手段对煤矿企业节能减排机制进行研究,得出伊犁新矿在煤矿生产过程中主要采用变频节电技术、更换节能设备、低谷时期用电等节电方法降低能耗。通过对伊犁新矿节能减排体系进行分析可以得出,煤矿企业的节能减排体系可以在伊犁新矿中得到应用,并取得了降低能耗,实现资源合理利用,说明该体系有很强的可操作性。所构建的煤矿企业节能减排体系尽管在伊犁新矿得到了应用,可以为相似矿井提供借鉴,但在应用过程中,由于煤矿的资源、开采条件等存在差异,因而应结合实际情况,对所构建的煤矿企业减排体系进行改进,满足自身需要。 Based on Yili new mine as the background, adopts the means of theoretical analysis and field practice for coal mining enterprises to study the mechanism of energy conservation and emissions reduction, it is concluded that the main process of Yili new mines in coal mine production adopts frequency conversion power saving technology, energy-saving equipment replacement, trough electricity power saving methods, such as lower energy consumption. Through the analysis of Yili new mine system energy saving and emission reduction can be concluded that coal mining enterprises of the energy conservation and emissions reduction system can be applied in the Yili new mines, and reduce energy consumption, realize the reasonable utilization of resources, shows that the system has a strong operability. Constructed system of energy conservation and emissions reduction of coal mining enterprises although have been applied in the Yili new mines and can offer similar to mine. But in the process of application, as a result of the coal resources and mining conditions, there are differences,and therefore should be combined with the actual situation, was improved, the reduction of coal mining enterprises system constructed by satisfying their needs.
