摘要
针对煤矿企业安全培训工作中存在的培训效率低,效果差等问题,基于闭环管理模式,针对煤矿现场培训流程进行优化,采用3层架构的开发模式,应用人脸识别技术、数据库双向同步技术开发了煤矿员工安全培训管理信息系统,实现了员工安全培训信息的电子化,建立了企业安全培训档案和员工个人安全培训档案,实现了对员工违章、特殊工种到期预警,极大地提高了煤矿安全培训的效率,保障了煤矿的安全生产。
Aiming at the problems of low training efficiency and poor effect in safety training of coal mine enterprises, based on closed-loop management mode, aiming at the optimization of training process in coal mine field, a safety training management information system for coal mine employees is developed by using three-tier structure development mode, face recognition technology and database two-way synchronization technology, which realizes the electronization of safety training information for coal mine employees. Established enterprise safety training files and personal safety training files,realized the early warning of staff violations and expiration of special types of work, greatly improved the efficiency of coal mine safety training, and guaranteed the safe production of coal mine.
