长距离输水大型污水提升泵站设计探讨

Discussion on Design of Large Sewage Lifting Pumping Station for Long Distance Water Conveyance

南充西河两侧污水中途提升泵站具有输水距离长、规模大、管线情况复杂等特点。在介绍工程基本情况的基础上,综合考虑静/动态投资、工程施工难度、设施的运行维护等因素分析确定了长距离输水管线布置方案,探讨了大型污水中途提升泵站改扩建设计思路及注意事项。实践证明,泵站运行情况稳定,基本达到设计效果,可为类似工程提供参考。

The sewage lifting pumping stations on both sides of the Xihe River in Nanchong have the characteristics of long distance,large scale and complicated pipeline conditions.Based on the introduction of the basic situation of the project,considering the factors of static/dynamic investment,difficulty of construction,operation and maintenance of facilities,this paper determined the layout scheme of long-distance water transmission pipeline,and the design ideas and matters needing attention in the reconstruction and expansion of large-scale sewage intermediate lifting pumping station were discussed.Practice has proved that the operation of the pumping station is stable and basically achieves the design effect,which can provide reference for similar projects.
