The compensation standard has always been the crux of the tort damage compensation,the analysis on which of the pure economic loss in environmental tort is,therefore,the most basic and the most important part of such research.China's legislation,however,is seriously lacking in the provisions of compensation standards for pure economic losses in environmental infringement,which is desperate to regulate.In the context of the broad awakening of environmental awareness,the research on the compensation standard of pure economic loss in environmental infringement from the perspective of comparative analysis,on the domestic and inter-national investigations and norms of compensation for pure economic losses in environmental torts can find out that the uniqueness of economic losses in the environment infringement makes the key to establish the compensation standards focus on how to determine the scope of compensation and the standards for loss calculation.In this way,through the consideration of causality,clarifying the reference factors of compensation standards,and Introducing the environmental damage judicial identification procedures,we can solve the problem of pure economic loss compensation in environmental infringement.
