广州市作为全国第一个国土空间规划编制试点城市,对国土空间规划进行了大胆的、系统的论证和研究,形成的规划草案正在上报审批中.本文结合最新的政策和技术标准,参考广州市国土空间总体规划的有关内容,总结各类规划的优缺点,从"编什么,怎么编"入手,对区县级国土空间规划的编制内容和重点进行了探讨.

As the first pilot city of land space planning in China, Guangzhou City has carried out bold and systematic demonstration and research on the land space planning, and formed a draft plan which is being submitted for approval. Combining with the latest policies and technical standards, referring to the general planning of land and space in Guangzhou, summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of planning, and starting from "what to compile, how to compile", the contents and key points of the land space planning at the district and county level are discussed.
