摘要
针对高渗透可再生能源(Renewableenergysources,RES)电网中储能电池(Energystoragebattery,ESB)的位置安装不当会增大电力系统运行成本和电压失稳风险的问题,提出了一种基于电网节点脆弱度辨识的选址方法.该方法通过综合考虑节点电气距离耦合度、设备老化和负荷类型等关键因素,构建了电网节点重要度评价指标;通过节点重要度刷选出ESB安装位置;再利用PSASP对39节点网络进行算例仿真.仿真结果表明:在大扰动时,ESB能有效提供紧急有功支撑,缓解受端机组减速,减少切负荷量,从而提高暂态功角稳定性和母线电压水平.
To solve the problem that improper installation of energy storage battery(ESB) in the grid of high penetration renewable energy sources(RES) will increase the operation cost and the risk of voltage instability, a site selection method based on identification of vulnerability in the power grid nodes is proposed. By taking into account the key factors such as the distance coupling degree, equipment aging and load type of the nodes, the important evaluation index of the power grid nodes is constructed. The installation location of ESB is selected by node importance, and then the 39-node network is simulated by PSASP. The simulation results show that the ESB can effectively provide emergency active power support in case of large disturbance, alleviate the deceleration of the unit at the receiving end, reduce the load cut, and thus improve the transient power angle stability and bus voltage level.
