Research progress in experimental models of acute lung injury in vitro and vivo

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是临床常见急危重症,是由心源性以外的各种肺内外致病因素导致的急性、进行性缺氧性呼吸衰竭。临床上以急性进行性加重的呼吸困难、呼吸窘迫、难治性低氧血症和非心源性肺水肿为早期表现。严重阶段可发展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)。目前ALI已成为临床危重病学科的研究热点和难点。为深入探讨ALI的发病机理及早期防治,本文归纳和总结近几年国内外相关文献,综述ALI动物模型和体外细胞模型的主要特征及其研究进展,旨在为治疗ALI提供参考依据。 Acute lung injury(ALI) is a common clinical critical illness. It is an acute,progressive hypoxic respiratory failure caused by various intrapulmonary and extraclinical factors other than cardiogenic. Clinically,acute progressive exacerbations of dyspnea,respiratory distress,refractory hypoxemia,and non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema are early manifestations. Severe stage can develop into acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). At present,ALI has become a research hotspot and a difficult point in clinical critical illness. In order to further explore the pathogenesis and early prevention and treatment of ALI,this paper summarizes the main features and research progress of ALI animal model and in vitro cell model by summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,aiming to provide reference for the treatment of ALI.
