(E)-2-(4-((4-氟苄基)氧)苯乙基烯)-4,6-二甲氧基苯甲醛的合成工艺

摘要 紫檀芪(A)经4-氟溴苄取代生成中间产物B,考查投料比、反应溶剂对其收率的影响.当投料比(紫檀芪:对氟溴苄)为1:1.2,反应溶剂为乙腈时,产品收率为81.32%.中间体B经Vilsmeier-Haack反应生成目标产物2-(4-((4-氟苄基)氧)苯乙基烯)-4,6-二甲氧基苯甲醛(C),收率为76.57%. Pterostilbene was reacted with 4-fluorine bromine benzyl to afford the intermediate compound B,the influences of material ratio and solvent on the yield were studied.The yield was 81.32%when the material ratio of pterostilbene/4-fluorine bromine benzyl was 1∶1.2,with the solvent acetonitrile.Then intermediate B was then reacted by Vilsmeier-Haack to obtain the target compound(E)-2-(4-((4-fluorobenzyl)oxy)styryl)-4,6-dimethoxybenzaldehyde with the yield of 76.57%.
