摘要
氢氰酸是丙烯腈生产过程中产生的一种副产品,丙烯腈产品对氢氰酸含量有严格的要求,丙烯腈优级品中要求氢氰酸含量小于5 mg/kg.对安庆石化丙烯腈装置不同时期丙烯腈产品中氢氰酸含量超标的因素进行了分析,指出了丙烯腈产品中氢氰酸含量超标的因素主要有脱氰塔釜热源的影响,脱氰塔顶回流量的影响,脱氰塔操作负荷的影响,脱氰塔塔盘漏液的影响,脱氰塔塔内构件的影响,再沸器运行周期的影响,成品塔塔顶、塔釜外送量的影响等,并根据这些影响因素提出了相应的控制措施.
Hydrocyanic acid is a by-product produced in the production process of acrylonitrile.The content of hydrocyanic acid in acrylonitrile products is strictly required.The content of hydrocyanic acid in the superior grade of acrylonitrile products is required to be less than 5 mg/kg.This paper analyzes the factors that cause the content of hydrocyanic acid in acrylonitrile products to exceed the standard in different periods of Anqing Petrochemical acrylonitrile plant,and points out that the main factors that cause the content of hydrocyanic acid to exceed the standard include the influence of heat source of decyanation tower kettle,the influence of top return flow of decyanation tower,the influence of operation load of decyanation tower,the influence of liquid leakage of decyanation tower tray,the influence of internal components of decyanation tower and the transportation of reboiler.According to these factors,the corresponding control measures are put forward.
