摘要
磷肥工业废水是含有高浓度磷和氟的酸性废水,会对水体造成严重污染.采用二级中和沉淀碱过量加酸反调法处理磷肥工业废水,处理后的废水不经过加酸反调直接回用于酸性循环水系统补水和磷石膏净化工艺装置冲洗用水,剩余废水加酸反调排放,从而最大限度地减少污水排放,节约一次水资源.
Phosphate fertilizer industrial wastewater contains high concentrations of acidic wastewater which includes phosphorus and fluorine.The wasted watercan cause serious pollution.The process uses two stagesneutralized sediment and add acid neutralizes treated wastewater.Treated wastewater doesn't add acid and directly uses as makeup water of circulating cooling water system and wash water of phosphogypsum purification process equipment.The others treated wastewater adds acid neutralization and discharges to designated place.The process can reduce wastewater discharge.
