不同来源水样中蛔虫卵的检出

Detection of Ascaris Eggs in Water Samples from Different Sources

摘要 蛔虫作为一种在中国广泛存在的寄生虫流行病,对畜禽养殖和人类健康都造成极大损伤.在畜禽废水、污水处理厂进水、地表水等各类水体中,选择有代表性的水样进行蛔虫卵的检测.污水处理厂中蛔虫卵检出数量最高,最高值93.33个/L;畜禽业废水检出较平均,平均值在10.17~12.0个/L之间;地表水未有检出.数量差异原因可能是畜禽业定期驱虫;城镇污水处理厂进水则未将粪水分离,导致数量偏多;地表水未检出与水容量大,流速慢,蛔虫卵易于沉降有关. Ascaris is a widespread parasitic epidemic in China,causing great damage to livestock breeding and human health.Representative water samples were selected from various water sources such as livestock wastewater,sewage treatment plant influent,surface water and so on to detect ascaris eggs.Ascaris eggs were detected in the sewage treatment plant with the highest value of 93.33.The detection of livestock wastewater was relatively average,with the average value ranging from 10.17 to 12.0.Surface water has not been detected.The reason for the difference in quantity may be that the livestock and poultry industry regularly repels insects,while the urban sewage treatment plants do not separate the manure from the water,resulting in a large quantity.The undetected surface water is related to large water capacity,slow flow rate and easy sedimentation of roundworm eggs.
