为了减少应用化学专业实验中的验证性实验,结合专业教师研究课题,开设具有实用性、探索性综合实验是达到专业实验课程培养目标的重要组成部分.PVA/CS/PVP吸水性树脂的合成及吸水性能是专门化实验的一个项目,通过各组同学完成正交实验找到最佳合成条件,然后分析其产品的保水性能以及测试产品的结构,提高学生动手实验、科学研究以及分析总结的能力.

In order to reduce the confirmatory experiment in the experiment of applied chemistry specialty,combining with the research subject of professional teachers,setting up practical and exploratory comprehensive experiment is an important part of achieving the training goal of professional experiment course.The synthesis and water absorption performance of PVA/CS/PVP water absorbent resin is a project of specialized experiment.Through the orthogonal experiment of each group of students,the best synthetic conditions are found.Then the water retention performance of the product and the structure of the product are analyzed,so as to improve the abilities of hands-on experiment、scientific research and analysis and summary.
