摘要
目的:对产前胎儿监护中的胎心宫缩案例进行数据分析,验证和探究产前CTG特征对胎儿状态的重要性和判读规则。方法:数据可视化和斯皮尔曼等级相关系数分析产前胎心宫缩图数据案例及其特征重要性;针对病理状态类案例严重稀少问题,设计向前逐步关联规则算法,对胎儿状态判读规则深入探索。结果:验证了胎儿监护指南中基线、加速、减速和变异在不同范围内胎儿状态判读的理论,补充了产前胎儿监护指南。结论:研究有利于临床循证医学研究和实现机器智能判读产前胎心宫缩图。
Objective:Verify and explore the importance and interpretation rules of cardiotocography(CTG)characteristics for evaluating fetal status via prenatal CTG data.Methods:Data visualization and Spearman rank correlation analysis of prenatal CTG data cases and their characteristic importance,forward stepwise association rule algorithm is designed to solve the severely rare pathological cases problem and explore fetal state interpretation rules.Results:The clinical theories of fetal status interpretation in different ranges of baseline,acceleration,deceleration,and variability in the fetal monitoring guidelines were validated,and the prenatal fetal monitoring guidelines were refined.Conclusion:The study contributes to clinical evidence-based medical research and realizing machine intelligence CTG interpretation.
