医联体智慧影像云协同平台建设及应用

Construction and Application of the Intelligent Image Cloud Collaboration Platform of Medical Association

目的:推广更高性能的医学影像云平台,建立医联体内各级医院的医疗协作体系,促使上下级医院影像信息化升级,影像数据的互联互通。实现分级诊疗、医联体建设和优质医疗资源下沉。方法:结合医联体医学影像现状,采用最新的架构进行开发设计,建设医联体影像云平台数据中心和医联体影像云协同平台。结果:医联体内各级医院全部接入,实现数据的统一存储、管理、互联互通,打造业务协同的机制。结论:让上级医院真正能够帮助有需求的基层医院,实现医疗资源上下贯通、信息互通共享、业务高效协同。同时建立交流、学习、培训机制,为基层医院培养高水平的医生队伍。

Objective:To promote a higher performance medical imaging cloud platform,and establish a medical collaboration at all levels of hospitals within a certain area.By upgrading the medical data informatization and interconnection,the health care grading system and the regional medical association can be achieved.Methods:Based on the current situation of medical imaging in the regional medical association,using the state-of-art system architecture to establish a medical imaging cloud data center and collaboration platform.Results:The platform connects all the hospitals within the regional medical association.It establishes a unified storage,management and interconnection of medical data and creates a collaboration mechanism.Conclusion:Medical imaging could platform allows the upper hospitals to indeed help grassroots hospitals.It can establish an information channel among hospitals and improve the collaboration efficiency.Besides,it provides a communication,learning and training system to train doctors for the grassroots hospitals.
