Research and Development Experience of the Target Management Tracing System for Functional Departments of Hospital

目的:实现对职能部门目标任务的全程可追溯管理,有效提高职能部门工作效率。方法:结合医院职能部门目标管理要求,运用多种管理工具方法,设计开发适应医院职能部门目标管理要求的系统。结果:医院职能部门通过信息化技术手段,实现对职能部门目标任务的全程可追溯管理,有效提高职能部门工作效率。结论:随着医疗改革不断深入,信息化的快速发展,通过职能部门目标管理追溯系统,满足医院管理者对职能部门管理高标准、严要求。

Objective:To realize the whole-process traceable management of target tasks of functional departments,effectively improve the work efficiency of functional departments.Methods:According to the target management requirements of functional departments of hospital,the system which meets the target management requirements of functional departments of the hospital is designed and developed with a variety of management tools and methods.Results:By means of information technology,the wholeprocess traceable management of target tasks of functional departments is realized,and the working efficiency of functional departments is effectively improved.Conclusion:With the continous deepening of medical reform and the rapid development of informatization,through the target management tracing system for functional departments,the high standards and strict requirements of hospital managers on the management of functional departments are met.
