Optimization of Comprehensive Extraction Process of Four Active Ingredients in Ginkgo Leaves by Orthogonal Design

摘要 研究银杏叶中黄酮、内酯、绿原酸、莽草酸4种活性成分综合提取工艺参数.采用正交试验,以提取时间,提取温度,料液比、乙醇浓度对银杏叶中黄酮、内酯、莽草酸、绿原酸4种成分进行提取,筛选出最优提取工艺.最优工艺:料液比1∶15、醇浓度70%、提取时间2h、提取温度50℃.此综合提取工艺重复性好,能同时有效提取银杏叶中黄酮、内酯、绿原酸、莽草酸4种活性成分,对银杏叶综合利用具有参考意义. The parameters for the extraction of four active ingredients in ginkgo biloba leaves which are flavonoids,lactones,chlorogenic acid and shikimic acid are studied.The orthogonal tests are used to select the optimal extraction parameters,which are extraction time,temperature,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration.The optimal process is obtained as follows:the solid-liquid ratio is 1:15,the ethanol concentration is 70%,the extraction time and temperature is 2h and 50℃ respectively.This comprehensive extraction process has a good repeatability and can effectively simultaneously extract the four active ingredients from ginkgo biloba leaves,which has a reference significance for the comprehensive utilization of ginkgo biloba leaves.
